I want to take the time to add an updated review because customer service took the time to reach out to me and resolve my issue. Initially I had issues with my order being incomplete and was unable to get into contact with anyone. Customer service made aware to me some issues with their system, which made total sense as my emails were being sent back as undeliverable. I want to thank this company for making things right and I have been really enjoying this cream. I would highly recommend this company for its ability to take care of their customers and for its high quality product.
This gave me a good chuckle. Love the name and it works. The person who used it reported back with instant relief, nice gentle cooling effect and no longer needs it - which of course proves that it's great. Worth checking out IMO

I prefer this product to the other, well known brand because it is more soothing and less messy. I can't say at this point that I am "cured", but with more use, I expect that I will feel much better. I chose this product in hopes of shrinking and healing a fissure. So far, so good. Recommend!!!
This cream works quickly and It provides me with some quick relief.
It does burn a little at first but works well. As advertised.

I don't use this often, but it's one of those things that you need on hand for the times that you do. This is potent and effective. To those that are giving birth, be ready with this in your medicine cabinet.
The cream has vitamin E and cholesterol which helps with the skin barrier. I mostly use this for when I know some spicy food I had last night is going to be spicy on the way out, sorry for the TMI.
This cream is great if you got ‘roids. Just a little on the pricey side
This cream does what it should and provides relief. I think it is a bit overpriced compared to other similar creams, but it may work slightly better as well. If you only have occasional discomfort then this tube should last a while and be worth the price but if you need to use a product like this daily you might be better off, financially, purchasing less pricey alternatives.
With the lidocaine it comes with, if you have any issues on any part of your body (except internally), this helps with the pain. Goes on easily and no irritation. Does work!
Very good. Without going into detail this was very helpful although awkward to apply. Very happy with it.
This cream works just fine for it's intended purpose and I am satisfied with it in that respect. The cream absorbs fully into the area and soothes and relieves. I like the cream form, which is less messy than an ointment. The cost is exorbitant for a 5% lidocaine cream, one of the many, many options already available in a pharmacy would work as well and not set you back. It's a fine cream, but unaffordable for my household.
