Resolved Communication Issue

I want to take the time to add an updated review because customer service took the time to reach out to me and resolve my issue. Initially I had issues with my order being incomplete and was unable to get into contact with anyone. Customer service made aware to me some issues with their system, which made total sense as my emails were being sent back as undeliverable. I want to thank this company for making things right and I have been really enjoying this cream. I would highly recommend this company for its ability to take care of their customers and for its high quality product.

Great cream, terrible communication with company

I enjoyed the cream however, my order was incomplete and was missing product. I attempted to email the company to get it fixed but couldn’t get through to anyone. The email kept getting kicked back as if the email was not valid and there is no phone number to call. I reached out on social media and have yet to hear back. Extremely unsatisfied.

Great product but extremely difficult to get ahold of someone

This product works really good and offers instant soothing. Unfortunately, I was missing product and I attempted to contact the company by the email listed on the website but got a “not deliverable” message. I enjoy the product but don’t like the fact I cannot get ahold of anyone, which is not the best customer experience. I hope to try and get in contact with someone soon to resolve my issue if not I’ll need to find another product elsewhere.

No significant difference from other products

My husband felt no significant difference so do not spend extra money on this product.

Very soothing

This contains the OTC limit of lidocaine, and performed fairly comparably to drugstore products with that same active ingredient. I found the texture to be slightly more pleasant. Probably due to the inclusion of lanolin.No odd clumping once it dried. No overwheming or skin-irritating fragrance.It is priced comparably (sometimes a little less) per ounce to drugstore products with similar active ingredients. You can, of course, find other 5% lidocaine bum creams from less familiar brands for less. Up to you.

Hilarious Name. But it Works

This gave me a good chuckle. Love the name and it works. The person who used it reported back with instant relief, nice gentle cooling effect and no longer needs it - which of course proves that it's great. Worth checking out IMO

love this product!!

I prefer this product to the other, well known brand because it is more soothing and less messy. I can't say at this point that I am "cured", but with more use, I expect that I will feel much better. I chose this product in hopes of shrinking and healing a fissure. So far, so good. Recommend!!!

Must have item

I don't use this often, but it's one of those things that you need on hand for the times that you do. This is potent and effective. To those that are giving birth, be ready with this in your medicine cabinet.

It works

The cream has vitamin E and cholesterol which helps with the skin barrier. I mostly use this for when I know some spicy food I had last night is going to be spicy on the way out, sorry for the TMI.

Does what it should

This cream does what it should and provides relief. I think it is a bit overpriced compared to other similar creams, but it may work slightly better as well. If you only have occasional discomfort then this tube should last a while and be worth the price but if you need to use a product like this daily you might be better off, financially, purchasing less pricey alternatives.

Works good on other parts, too.

With the lidocaine it comes with, if you have any issues on any part of your body (except internally), this helps with the pain. Goes on easily and no irritation. Does work!

Works well, expensive

This cream works just fine for it's intended purpose and I am satisfied with it in that respect. The cream absorbs fully into the area and soothes and relieves. I like the cream form, which is less messy than an ointment. The cost is exorbitant for a 5% lidocaine cream, one of the many, many options already available in a pharmacy would work as well and not set you back. It's a fine cream, but unaffordable for my household.

Nobody talks about the pains after childbirth and what could happen. But this product succeeded my expectations! Highly recommended!
